Glossary
 
1. Shop - Internet service available at www.procezas.pl through which a buyer can place orders.
2. Seller - Tadeusz Jackowski leading sales through the Store.
3. Buyer - each entity submitting an order in the Store (consumer or a person without status of the consumer) .In the case of individuals having at least 18 years of age and having full legal capacity.
4. The consumer - a person performing a legal act (the contract of sale through the Store) not directly related to its business or professional activity (art. 221 of the Civil Code).
5. Regulations - these regulations.
 
§ 1 General
 
1. Regulations define the rules of the conclusion and execution of the contract of sale of goods to the store.
2. To use the Store must have devices to access the Internet, e-mail and browser online resources enabling the display of web pages.
3. The subject of the sale of goods are presented by the store at the time of ordering.
4. The prices shown on the website of the shop are given in Polish zloty (PLN), and optionally in another currency and include VAT. Price does not include any costs of delivery.
5. Information about the goods given in service Store, and in particular their descriptions, technical and performance characteristics and price, does not constitute an offer, but an invitation to conclude an agreement within the meaning of art. 71 of the Civil Code.
6. Ordered goods are delivered by the Seller at the address indicated by the Buyer, both in Polish and abroad.
7. Seller reserves the right to change the price of goods, the introduction and withdrawal of goods, discounts on various goods and to carry out and cancel promotions at the store. This does not prevent in any way the rights acquired by the Buyers; ie. the changes do not apply to orders already accepted.
8. In order to enable use of the store buyer has the opportunity to register (create an account in the store). Registration activities are carried out once. Subsequent orders are based on the Buyer login by entering your email address and password.
9. It is prohibited to people who use the Store placing it illegal content.
10. It is forbidden to use any material published on the website Store (including photographs and descriptions of goods) without the written consent of the Seller.
 
§ 2 Ordering
 
1.Sprzedawca allows orders as follows:
  
- Through the website Store completing the appropriate order form (adding the item to the "basket" and then following with further information on the web at Store)
  
- Telephone / fax numbers for orders, available at the shop,
  
- Electronic mail (e-mail) available on the Store's website (in the contact tab).
2. Orders placed through the website store, fax and electronic mail (e-mail) are accepted 24 hours / day, while orders made by telephone only from 8.00 to 19.00.
3. After placing an order buyer receives an e-mail confirming the order.
4. In the case of an order placed by mail or phone / fax Buyer receives information from the Seller for all the relevant conditions of the contract.
5. Cancellation or modification of the order by the Buyer is not possible until the order has not been sent yet. To do this, or contact with the Seller.
6. Seller provides the following methods of payment:
 
- COD -zapłata followed by cash on delivery of goods,
 
- Transfer - Seller sends the goods to the address indicated by the Buyer after the payment to the Seller's bank account (based on the proforma invoice sent to the Buyer by e-mail)
 
- By bank transfer within 14 days of receipt of goods and invoices - only in the case of payments by budgetary units, including educational institutions.
7. If you choose the payment before the execution of the order the Buyer shall pay for the order within 3 days of confirmation. After this period the Seller's offer is not binding and the order is canceled.
8. The Seller shall deliver the goods as follows:
  
- Delivery company,
  
- Polish Post
  
- Personal collection by the Buyer at the headquarters of the Store.
Information on the costs associated with delivery are visualized in the procedure of ordering (order form). Moreover, information on costs has been placed on the homepage of the shop under the name of "Shipping". Shipping fees are added to the price of goods and shall be borne by the Buyer.
 
§ 3 Orders
 
1. The condition of the order placed by the Buyer is to provide when filling in the order form or when ordering by mail or phone / fax true personal data and contact information (in particular telephone number and e-mail address to enable verification and confirmation of the order).
2. In the case of defective filling the order form or insufficient data to determine the order by e-mail or phone / fax Seller will make every effort to contact the buyer to confirm the order. If the buyer will not be able to contact order will be canceled within 7 days working days from the date of order.
3. The Seller will make every effort to ensure that the consignment has been given in the shortest possible time. Term of the contract (including delivery) is an average of 7 days (with the exception of bespoke - the term of the contract is agreed with the Buyer individually). When paying by bank transfer this deadline is extended by the time of the transfer.
4. In the case of the projected extension of the term of the contract the buyer is informed each time.
5. If the order will not be feasible due to the lack of goods, the Buyer will be notified immediately, but at the latest within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the contract, the Seller will return at that time received from the Buyer amount of money for unrealized order. Rather than return the money buyer may also agree to extend the term of the contract or purchase another replacement product.
6. Proof of purchase is a receipt or invoice, which the Buyer receives along with the goods, or in a separate consignment.
7. Accepting delivered by a courier shipment Buyer is obliged to examine it (pursuant to Art. 545 § 2 of the Civil Code). In the event of damage Seller we recommend that you make a damage protocol in the presence of the courier and promptly inform the Seller. No preparation of the damage is not synonymous with the expiry of the Buyer's right to lodge a complaint, the protocol is, however, helpful in the complaint procedure. No protocol of damage can significantly hamper the Buyer investigating potential claims from the Seller and to determine the person responsible for the damage to the consignment.
 
§ 4 Complaints and warranty
 
1. Buyer has the right to lodge a complaint of purchased goods.
The complaint may be submitted in writing by letter to the address of the shop or via e-mail: procezas@procezas.eu
3. Before submitting a complaint, it is recommended to contact the Seller via e-mail or by phone - it will help in accelerating the consideration of the complaint.
4. When submitting a complaint Seller recommends that the Buyer provide contact information, accurate to describe the causes of the complaint and any claims against the Seller.
5. When returning defective goods seller recommends joining the consignment sales document or a photocopy. Complaints filed by the Buyer is not a consumer, unless accompanied by a sales document, will not be considered.
6. In the case of contracts concluded with Buyers having the status of consumer complaints due to lack of conformity dealt with in accordance with the Act of 27 July 2002. On specific terms of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code.
7. In the case of contracts concluded with Buyers having the status of the consumer if the goods are not in conformity, the consumer may require bringing it into compliance with the agreement by the free repair or replacement with a new one, unless the repair or replacement are impossible or require excessive costs.
8. If the consumer can not require repair or replacement, or if the shop fails to satisfy such a request in a timely manner or if the repair or replacement would cause significant inconvenience to the consumer, he has the right to demand an appropriate price reduction or withdraw from the agreement; the contract can not be terminated when the non-conformity is insignificant.
9. In the case of a complaint filed by the Buyers who are not consumers, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code in terms of the warranty. In the case of unjustified complaints all costs associated with the claim will cover the buyer who is not a consumer.
10. Powers of the consumer resulting from the non-conformity or non-consumer Buyer under the warranty for defects not limit the rights of the Buyer under the guarantee provided by a guarantor - the conditions specified in the guarantee document (if such a document is attached to goods).
 
§ 5 Right of withdrawal and refund policies
 
1. Buyer with the status of the consumer may cancel the contract of sale of goods purchased from the Seller without giving reasons, making a statement in writing within 10 days from the date of delivery of the goods (ie. From
the date of receipt of the goods by the consumer). To comply with the deadline, you must send a statement before its expiry.
2. The right of withdrawal is not granted to the consumer in the cases:
  
- The benefits of the properties specified by the consumer in his order, or closely associated with his person,
  
- Services which due to their nature can not be returned or whose subject is perishable,
  
- The provision of services commenced, with the consent of the consumer before the deadline referred to in Article. 7 paragraph. 1 of the Act of March 2, 2000. On the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products
  
- On audio and video recordings and recorded on data carriers after removing the consumer their original packaging,
  
- Contracts for services for which the price or remuneration depends solely on the movement of prices on the financial market,
  
- Providing the press,
  
- Services in the field of gambling.
3. In case of withdrawal, the consumer is obliged to return the goods in the same state, unless a change was necessary in the ordinary management.
4. The consumer is obliged to return the goods immediately, not later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
A consumer who has withdrawn from the agreement delivers the goods to the Seller at his own expense; cost is non-refundable.
6. Costs related to the purchase of goods by the consumer will be reimbursed by the Seller within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. The seller recommends the application a statement of withdrawal from the contract account number, which is to be reimbursed the money - this will speed up the refund procedure.
7. The buyer who do not have the status of a consumer does not have the right to cancel the contract within 10 days. Buyers to such rules and deadlines to withdraw from the contract is governed by the Civil Code.
 
§ 6 Protection of personal data and privacy
 
1. Buyer completing the order form declares that the information provided in the data are consistent with the facts.
2. By completing the order form the Buyer agrees to the processing of the data provided for the implementation and operation of the order by the Seller, who is also a data controller in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997. Data protection.
3. The personal data contained in the database Sellers are not communicated to those not involved in the contract.
4. Buyer in accordance with that above the law has the right to inspect their personal data, the ability to correct them and remove. Seller warrants to the Buyer any right to control the processing of data in accordance with art. 32 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data.

6. Production Company School Pro-Cezas undertakes not to provide the contact details of its customers to third parties. These data are used only for the proper settlement of orders, deliver them to the correct address, contacts necessary for the execution of orders and to inform contractors of significant changes in the offer and marketing activities, in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997. On the Protection of Personal Data (Journal .u., No. 133, item. 883, 2000. No. 12, item. 136, No. 50, pos. 580 and No. 116, item. 1216 and 2001. No. 42, pos. 474), codified at Basic. Act of 25 August 2001. amending the law on personal data protection OJ 2001. No. 100, item. 1087.

§ 7 Final Provisions
 
1. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of applicable law, including in particular the provisions of the Civil Code, the Law of 2 March 2000. On protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products and the Act of 27 July 2002. the specific terms of consumer sales and amending the civil Code.
2. The Regulations do not turn off and does not limit any rights the Buyer who is a consumer who is entitled to it under the mandatory provisions of the law. In case of conflict between the provisions of the Rules of Procedure and the mandatory provisions of the law granting consumer rights, priority is given to these provisions.
